Thomas J. Biagini founded Biagini Properties, Inc. in 1976 in response to the demand created by Silicon Valley's construction boom in the mid 1970s and early 1980s. Tom Biagini recognized and filled the needs of property owners seeking expert knowledge in managing, leasing and developing retail commercial properties. Along the way, Tom was encouraged by his father and mentor, Emo Biagini (1929-2007), himself a pioneer in the Silicon Valley commercial real estate business.
